We are a locally owned, family run business that takes great care of their customers and employees. We are currently looking for a Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our team. Job Title: Metal Fabricator/Welder Pay Scale: $17.00 - $20.00 HR/DOE + Benefits

Work Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday Friday, overtime available

Position Summary: To fabricate and weld materials for projects to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Position located at Excel's custom metal shop working on various fabrication and welding projects including: structural steel, ornamental stainless steel, minor duct fabrication and other projects. 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's License
  • 2 + years of metal fabrication experience
  • Proficient in welding all types of metal
  • Ability to read basic blue prints
  • Knowledge of welding symbols
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
  • Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
  • General knowledge fabrication machinery
